Strategy, story, presence

My name is Marina Albycheva, in 2013, I joined the world of industrial B2B — working inside a marketing agency focused on helping companies prepare for trade shows. It was hands-on from day one: brand narratives, visual concepts, positioning decisions, and clients who needed to show up credibly in front of thousands of industry professionals.
Over the years, that work took me across more than 20 countries and introduced me to over 400 brands.
The turning point came when I moved to Beire into a role where strategy went beyond the creative. Day to day, I was supporting marketing managers from a wide variety of global brands — which meant getting deep into sales pipelines, ROI frameworks, omnichannel marketing strategy, and how every decision connects to a commercial outcome. That shift changed how I think about everything.
Today I work at intersection of strategy, brand, and execution — with a team of marketers, designers, business developers and storytellers. We believe thta good strategy, done consistently, beats doing everything at once with no clear direction.
